New on the bench this week: the Work Order Desk.

Four fixed-price jobs, each with a written definition of done and a proof sheet when it ships:

  • GA4 baseline + key events, $450
  • Citation scan + repair, $450
  • Fleet friction pass, $750
  • Sourced research run, $750

You submit the form. You get a receipt with a work-order number. You get a written verdict within one business day. The price is agreed before anyone pays — the checkout link rides inside the verdict, after triage, not before it.

No calls. No retainer pitch. No “let’s hop on a quick Zoom” standing between you and a finished piece of work.

Before we told anybody about it, we ran a test work order through it ourselves — form, receipt, logging in two places so a submission can’t silently vanish. That last part is the whole design. A front door that loses orders quietly is worse than no front door.

Built it this week. It works. Doors open as soon as the address is on it.
