A New Service Line from Tygart Media

Your company already
has the data.
What it’s missing
is the operating layer.

Most teams don’t need another tool. They need structure that runs itself — a system where the work, the knowledge, and the AI agents all live in the same place, governed by rules that promote what’s working and retire what isn’t.

The Honest Diagnosis

Templates collect dust. Operating systems run the company.

You can buy a Notion template tomorrow. By the end of the week the structure will exist and nobody will be using it. The reason is not that the template is bad. The reason is that a template is a snapshot, and a company is a process.

An operating system is different. It has rules that propagate. It has a ledger that tracks what behaviors are working and which ones need to be retired. It has agents that take action between checkpoints. It has a custom face for every role — the field tech, the operator, the partner, the founder — built on the same shared brain.

That’s what we’ve built for ourselves. That’s what we’re now building for a small number of clients.

Three Ways In

Pick the layer that fits the weight you can carry.

01
The Foundation

The full Notion operating system installed in your workspace. Six master databases, the Bridge governance layer, the Promotion Ledger, claude_delta metadata standard, and the Context Index registry. Set up by us, owned by you.

  • Command Center · 6 databases
  • Bridge + Promotion Ledger
  • claude_delta metadata schema
  • Context Index master registry

12-month engagement · Build + run

We don’t just install it. We run it. Tygart Media operates the OS as a fractional internal-tools team: monthly tier reviews, agent tuning, dashboard iteration, and the occasional 2 a.m. permissions fix. For founders who want to skip the year of learning curve.

  • Everything in 01 + 02
  • Monthly Promotion Ledger reviews
  • Agent + dashboard iteration
  • Quarterly OS strategy session
  • Direct line to Will
  • 12-month minimum
What’s Actually Inside

Notion is the brain. GCP is the muscle. The Bridge is the conscience.

Layer 1
Notion as control plane — six master databases, page-level permissions, every change reversible.
Layer 2
GitHub as source of truth — monorepo, Workload Identity Federation, no stored keys.
Layer 3
GCP as compute — Cloud Run, Scheduler, Secret Manager. Fortress-style isolation.
Layer 4
The Bridge — governance. Promotion Ledger, tier system, 7-day clean-day clock.
Layer 5
Custom UIs — the face. Role-based cockpits over the same Notion brain.

The reason we built it this way is not because Notion was missing a feature. It’s because most companies are missing a posture — the willingness to treat their operations as a system that can be versioned, governed, and improved.

Honest Questions

The things you’d actually ask.

Q.01

Is this just another Notion template?

No. A template is a snapshot. This is a system with governance rules, a promotion ledger, an agent layer, and integration spine between Notion, GitHub, and GCP. You can tell the difference about two weeks in.

Q.02

Do I need Notion Business or Enterprise?

Yes — for Tier 2 and Tier 3 specifically. Custom Agents require a Business plan or higher and consume Notion credits. We size the credit budget into the proposal so there are no surprises after May 3, 2026.

Q.03

What about vendor lock-in?

The Notion side belongs to you the day we hand it over. The custom UI runs on your GCP project, your domain, your auth. If you ever fire us, you keep the whole stack — we just stop touching it.

Q.04

Can I see the actual OS before I buy?

Yes. Tier 1 buyers get a 90-minute Loom walkthrough of the live Tygart Media OS — the same one running 20+ client sites today. Tier 2 and 3 conversations start with a working demo session.

Q.05

Why three tiers?

Because some buyers want the kit, some want the kit with a custom face, and some want to skip the learning curve entirely. The three tiers map to three honest postures — not three price points pulled out of a hat.

Build it once.
Let it run itself.

We’re taking on a small number of Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients in 2026. If the language on this page resonates, the next step is a 30-minute call to see if your operation is the kind we can actually move the needle on.
