This is where the work happens. 23+ WordPress sites. 93 Cloud Run apps. A content engine running 24 hours a day. Not a portfolio — a proof of concept that AI-native operations actually work at scale.
The Architecture
Three layers. Every system here runs on this stack — Claude for intelligence, Google Cloud for infrastructure, Notion for memory.
The Agent Fleet
Seven autonomous agents running specific functions across the content and infrastructure stack.
Monitors WordPress for new content, drafts platform-specific posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and GBP, schedules via Metricool API.
Pulls published posts, runs SEO/AEO/GEO refresh passes, injects schema markup, updates internal link structures.
Identifies topical gaps across the 5-site knowledge cluster, writes cross-pollination articles, logs everything to Notion.
Generates AEO-optimized featured images via Vertex AI, injects IPTC/XMP metadata, converts to WebP, uploads to WordPress.
Pulls competitive intelligence from Topic Intelligence, enriches article knowledge bases, surfaces keyword opportunities.
Scans YouTube channels for new Shorts, cross-checks Notion for duplicates, builds and publishes embedded watch pages.
Runs content briefs through the adaptive variant pipeline, assigns personas, queues batch drafts across sites.
The Content Engine
Every piece of content runs through this pipeline — from brief to published and optimized.
The Site Portfolio
18 managed client sites organized by industry. Each one running SEO/AEO/GEO optimization through this stack.
The Knowledge Cluster
Five authority sites running on GCP Compute Engine — a hub-and-spoke content network built for topical authority and AI citation.
Restoration Intel
Commercial restoration industry intelligence, risk management, and recovery protocols.
Risk Coverage Hub
Insurance coverage analysis, claims guidance, and commercial risk strategy.
Continuity Hub
Business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
BCESG
Business continuity and emergency services guidance for commercial facilities.
Healthcare Facility Hub
Healthcare facility operations, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
The Music Lab
A parallel experiment: 20 AI-assisted songs across 19 genres, built in a single session to test the limits of creative AI pipelines. Each song has its own listening page, liner notes, and production diary.
The Serverless Fleet
93 Cloud Run apps running across Google Cloud. Selected highlights by category:

The Stack
Every tool in the operational infrastructure, organized by function.
Design Notes — The Machine Room
Room: The Machine Room (Way 3) — Operations & Infrastructure
Palette: #FF6B35 Amber-Orange / #E65100 Support / rgba(255,107,53,0.06) Glow
Mood: Heat. The engine room of a ship — loud, functional, critical. Amber-orange because it’s the color of warning lights and molten metal. This room runs hot because the infrastructure behind 93 Cloud Run apps and 19 WordPress sites is always running.
Inspiration: AWS console’s orange. Grafana dashboard dark UIs. Server room photography — cables, blinking LEDs, controlled chaos.
2026 Context: Orange is underused in dark UIs (most go blue or green). This is deliberate — it signals warmth and urgency in a field that usually feels cold.
Bot Note: Largest category (81 posts). Hub-and-spoke architecture. H2 = operational domain, H3 = specific implementation. Infrastructure schema + HowTo for process posts. This is the content engine’s workhorse.
