It sounds like a broken record because it keeps being true. The shop with more recent, specific reviews gets the 11 p.m. tap. Models now read those reviews too. When a homeowner you trust will write one, help them say the work and the neighborhood: water extraction in [city], not “great guys.”
Do not script a fake paragraph. Do ask while you are still on the driveway. Follow up once after the house is livable. Reply to every review with the neighborhood and the loss type. That is the system. Volume without those words is just a number.
